Returns & Refunds Policy
All purchase orders accepted by YourGreenhouses are binding. We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
Damages, Defects & Shipping Errors All claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 7 days of receipt. Claims submitted outside this window will not be accepted. To file a claim, contact us at partners@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and photo documentation of the issue.
Custom & Special Orders All custom and special orders are final sale. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
Refunds Approved claims will be resolved by replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion. If a refund is issued, it will be processed to your original payment method within 14-21 business days.
