Shipping Policy (B2B)

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a separate notification once your order has shipped.

Freight Delivery All B2B orders ship via freight carrier (LTL). Freight timelines are provided at the time of order confirmation. Parcel shipping is not available for wholesale orders.

Deliveries are curbside standard. A Bill of Lading (BOL) will be provided once your shipment is released to the carrier. The carrier will contact you directly to schedule delivery. Freight tracking may be limited depending on the carrier.

Order Status Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with available tracking information. Please allow 48 hours for tracking to become active. For any order status questions, contact partners@yourgreenhouses.com with your order number and company name.
